Many of these galleries are part of the COLLECT Art Purchase Scheme so why not pick up a beautiful Tasmanian artwork while you are there. Australian residents are eligible to apply for a no-interest loan to purchase artworks through the COLLECT Art Purchase Scheme  – ask a participating gallery for more details.

Fancy getting around on 2 wheels – why not grab an ARTBIKE – they are free for same day use or available to hire overnight or for a weekend. These funky Dutch Vanmoof bikes are available from Design Tasmania on the corner of Tamar and Brisbane Streets in Launceston. They are open on Monday to Friday from 9:30 am -5:00 pm and on the weekends from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm in the Summer.

You’ll get the bike, a lock and helmet as well as a free map showing you the location of all of the galleries listed below.
