Long Gallery

a well known visual arts exhibition space in the Salamanca Arts Centre

About

Principally a visual arts exhibition space, the famous Long Gallery is the largest space within Salamanca Arts Centre (SAC), yet has an intimacy and warmth that is hard to beat.

Originally a store for whaling products, then filled with can-labelling machinery during the jam factory days, the Long Gallery has provided the backdrop to countless exhibitions, conventions, balls, auctions, recitals, workshops, product launches and live performances.

The Long Gallery is located on the first floor of SAC overlooking Salamanca Place.
