16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence

This exhibition is the North West Tasmanian community response to the international campaign – 16 Days of Activism to End Gendered Violence.

Workshops will run alongside the exhibition to raise awareness about violence against women and children and to inform approaches to working with people impacted by domestic and family violence.

16 Days of Action is a North West Domestic Violence Consultative Committee initiative.

Facilitating partners include Big hART Project O, Burnie City Council, Burnie Community House, CatholicCare Tasmania Children’s Services, Engender Equality, Relationships Australia Tasmania, SafeChoices Tasmania and the Safe at Home Legal Aid and Women’s Legal Service.
