all about… wild, gentle, happy, sad and sensible

New paintings by Tasmanian painter Junko Go

About

“Imbued philosophical view on life and being, my work represents a reflection of my life. I principally aim at developing my personal language that communicates perceptually and conceptually. I see my work as communication. The lengthy title indicates my thoughts and the grounds for my choice of subject matter. I particularly enjoy the lightheartedness and optimism drawn out of the spontaneity and the child-like naivety and the result, I think, creates a visual harmony and whimsical humour that is a celebration of life in all its manifestations.” – Junko Go
