About

Despard Gallery is celebrating thirty years (1987 – 2017) of representing contemporary Tasmanian Artists, nationally and internationally. The Gallery will be running a salon style of exhibition over the summer season until the start of March next year. We will be presenting the work of our well known artists and are introducing several exciting new artists to the stable. The show will have a vibrant mix sculpture, paintings, photography and decorative art.

Featuring artists this year include:
Geoff Dyer, Todd Jenkins, Wayne Brookes, Anthea Boden, Peter Prasil, Sebastian Galloway, Jo Chew, Mish Meijers, JAMIN, Dale Richards, Alex Wanders, Peter Poulet, Anne Morrison, Graham Lang, Roger Webb, Thomas Mann, Glen Clarke and Josh Foley.

Introducing artists new to the Despard Collection: Julie Harris, Matthew Simms, Micheala Petersfield, Alex Parish and Alex Wanders.
