Colour Fields

An exhibition of recent works by acclaimed coloured pencil artist Richard Klekociuk

About

The Tasmanian landscape is known for its (mostly) subdued colours due to its temperate climate. Table Cape in September and October is one of the exceptions. This is the time when the fields come alive as row after row of tulips bear a dazzling array of colours. It’s bizarre, stunning, sensational, even alien, but it’s been a part of the Tasmanian Landscape since the early 1960’s. This exhibition is Richard’s reaction to this landscape
