Siren in Gold Pants is somewhere between a glorified diary entry and a shopping list of insignificant but beautiful things. The artist’s love of the ocean and the literary tradition of Tasmanian gothic converge into an audio visual installation absorbed into the Cottage. The exhibition creates small moments of reflection in our increasingly chaotic daily lives.
