Tarkine in Motion

Celebrating the landscape of landscapes of takyana / Tarkine

Tarkine in Motion is one of Australia’s most unique environmental arts project hosted by the Bob Brown Foundation.

Over 3 days in April 2016, 120 artists immersed themselves in the wild and unique landscapes of takyana/Tarkine, one of the last great wilderness areas on the planet. This collaborative exhibition that will take you on a journey through threatened landscapes, to the rugged and serene rainforest, across vast button grass plains, and to the jagged rocky shore that shreds the wild Southern Ocean.
