ABC Symphony Australia Young Performers Awards

For the first time, the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra hosts the new format ABC Symphony Australia Young Performers Awards.

Held over a ten-day period, the competition involves solo recital and chamber music rounds leading to a concerto final where the 2015 Young Performer of the Year is announced.

Twelve contenders are whittled down to six and then to three. Hear the musicians along every step of the way or choose from any of the seven concerts on offer.
