How important is order in your life? How often is your ‘to do list’ full of more than you can possibly achieve? How much of it actually matters?
In Alzheimer Symphony we meet a man who is starting to forget. Initially obstinate and fighting to remember things, he eventually lets go of trying to create order. Feelings emerge, reviving his inner child, leading to an unexpected series of hilarious daily triumphs.
The magical world for this story is a contraption hosting a pop up kitchen, bathroom and other ingenious devices which has delighted audiences from Austria to Australia.
Alzheimer Symphony will be touring Tasmania during the Tasmanian International Arts Festival (20–29 March 2015) presented by Ten Days. For further details and booking information go to www.tendays.org.au
