Just outside our tightly orchestrated cities lie complex, verdant landscapes, fertile with stories, nurturing life. So jump on the bus out of the city and be led by some of Tasmania’s most exciting young dancers on a performative procession along the beautiful kanamaluka river and venture through the Tamar Island Wetlands.
A unique collaboration between local writer Adam Thompson, choreographer Yolande Brown and the youthful Stompin cast, this open-air festival of movement is for adventurers of all ages. Through dance, Nowhere asks how well we know and care for our ancient lands and waterways.
The audience will be met at the QVMAG Inveresk carpark at the performance start time to be transported to the location.
