School holiday fun: learn new dance moves, listen to great music, dance to different rhythms, express your creativity… and have fun!


Adult supervision is required. There will be no Pass Outs. DJ & Dance Teachers are registered to work with vulnerable people.

Originally from Tasmania, Alec (a.k.a. Dash One) is one of Australia’s leading Remix Artists, performing at numerous festivals around the world.

Dash One knows his way around tailoring his own sound, genre-bending for the purpose of everyone having a great time. He has played at numerous festivals around the world; and featured in 2 ARIA Club Chart Top 10 releases, a Top 20 release, as well as a Top 10 remix on Beatport’s Garage Charts.

In his own words, Dash One describes his artform: “You have to be the complete package to be a successful DJ and this means having great technical abilities, engaging with the audience, taking them on a journey with the highs, and lows and breaks in the music, and getting them moving the way you want them to.”



Denieka began dancing at the age of 7; and is a qualified dance teacher (Funk Teacher’s Diploma – Intermediate). Her repertoire of dance styles includes Jazz, Modern Ballet, Funk, Hip Hop, Rap and Contemporary.

Through Reflexions Dance Studio, Denieka has received the Meah Lee Hefferon Award, the Best Senior Public Exam Award; and has been awarded numerous first places in group competitions.

Denieka’s extremely bubbly and friendly personality, enables her to provide a great learning environment for children.



Scott is a qualified dance teacher (Rap Teacher’s Diploma – Intermediate), specialising in Rap and Hip Hop. He loves being able to share his skills and passion for dance with others and to see a smile on their faces.

Through Reflexions Dance Studio, Scott has received the Most Promising Male Student Award twice, as well as numerous group placings.

A seasoned and experienced performer and dance facilitator, Scott has worked alongside Bighart and ABC Open, taken workshops along the coast, and performed in numerous public events. Scott is a member of the dance crew – FSG (Feel Soul Good). He has competed in national break battles with Street Kulture Breakers Crew and Justice Crew. Scott has participated in workshops with Nacho Pop, and learnt from International artists Bboy Mounir (from Vagabonds Crew (France)) and Bboy Elnino (from The Floor Lords (Boston)).
