Title: Ukulele Time Beginner Level 1 with Johnny Mackay
Description: This 2-week course is perfect for taking the first steps in playing the ukulele.
You’ll learn all the basics, plus take away handouts to keep you playing at home. Each session will include at least 30 minutes playing together as a group.
This workshop is perfect for people who have little or no experience playing the ukulele.
Note: Loan instruments available; please select that option when booking your ticket.

- A loan instrument (select option when booking)
What to bring:
- Your ukelele if you have one
- Notepad and pen
- Somewhere to store your handouts e.g. sleeve folder

About the teacher:
Johnny has a unique blend of life experience, philosophy, stage presence, and humour and has taught at TAFE colleges (Vic and Tas), Adult Education, and to community services for over a decade.
He has been making music for over 20 years and has accreditations in both music and teaching.
